In primo luogo, verranno analizzate le attuali strategie di cambiamento comportamentale pi\u00f9 efficaci (i cosiddetti \u201cdigital nudges\u201d) per promuovere scelte di consegna sostenibili negli acquisti online, sia negli studi che nella pratica. Dopo un\u2019analisi dello stato dell\u2019arte, che includer\u00e0 una campagna di ideazione aperta e workshop di co-creazione con stakeholder locali, verr\u00e0 sviluppato un inventario di nuovi nudges digitali basati sulla ricerca, con l\u2019obiettivo di incoraggiare i consumatori online a scegliere modalit\u00e0 di consegna sostenibili \u2013 trasferendo interventi efficaci da altri settori.
